Michael is a 1984 graduate of Florida State University, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business. He has 30 years of experience in the banking business including 20 as the Sr. Lender for local and traditional community banks. Michael has been with CT since May 2010 and has extensive experience in all areas of real estate such as cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, underwriting and loan structuring.

Felix serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CT whereby he oversees all of the financial obligations and activities of the company. With over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, Felix has been with CT since its inception.
Prior to joining CT, Felix worked as CFO for Rebel Rents, Inc. and General Rental, Inc., two of the largest independent equipment rental service companies in California and Florida respectively. Before that, worked for over 15 years as Director of Finance and Accounting for Experian (formerly TRW) where he managed the finance infrastructure not only for the corporate office but all satellite offices throughout the United States.
Felix received his Masters Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and his Bachelors in Accounting from Johnson and Whales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Jeff is a private equity investor for his own account for greater than 25 years. His investments have covered a wide variety of industries including financial services, real estate, hospitality, technology and multi-media. Mr. Roschman is currently the Chairman of Landmark Bank, N.A., a federally chartered bank with assets in excess of $350 million. Mr. Roschman has developed over 100 commercial properties including restaurants, shopping centers, drug stores, office space and other retail centers.
