Geographic Area: State Of Florida, Ohio & Bahamas
Property Type: Residential (non-owner occupied), Commercial, Industrial, Land
Loan Size: $75,000 Minimum-No Lending Limit/Cap
Loan Term: 3, 6, 9, 12 Months (Extensions Available)
Interest Rate: Interest Only-Varying depending upon LTV, Credit, Term, Etc.
Loan Origination Fee: 2-6 Points
Loan to Value: Up to 70%
Pre-Payment Penalties: Never
Lien Position: First Lien Only
Credit Rating: 625 minimum (Lower scores will require additional review and or fees)
Cross-Collateralization: Your clients may use their existing investment and commercial properties to secure higher LTV or cash out at closing.
Personal Guarantee: May be required
Foreclosure Bailouts: Never

*Tri-merged credit report with a mid-credit score of 625 required

  • $300 appraisal fee in area of origination (appraisal fees may vary in different markets)
  • Existing appraisals may be used at our sole discretion
