Costs of the Loan
CT Capital’s base loan rate is dependent upon the LTV (Loan to Value), Term, and Credit Rating of the borrower. If you are working with a broker, your broker will charge an additional fee for their services generally ranging from 1 – 3 additional points. They collect this fee at the time of funding. Our fee may be added to the loan in some cases to eliminate any out of pocket expenses. We may also be able to add your closing costs (Title Expenses, Attorneys Fees, Etc,) into the loan.

If you choose to request your loan directly with CT Capital, you will be able to cut your costs significantly. Working directly with us can save you between 1 and 5 points, depending upon your situation.
