Jeff Roschman
President

Jeff Roschman is a private equity investor for his own account for over 20 years. His investments have covered a wide breadth of industries including financial services, real estate, hospitality, technology and multi-media. Mr. Roschman is currently Chairman of Landmark Bank, NA., a federally chartered bank with assets in excess of $300 million and is also a co-founder of Cashel Capital, LLC, a Hedge Fund that invests in Real Estate Securities. Mr. Roschman has also developed over 100 commercial properties including restaurants, shopping centers, drug stores, office space and other retail locations. Mr. Roschman holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

Felix Fidelibus, CFO
Chief Financial Officer/Controller

Felix Fidelibus serves as CFO and licensed Mortgage Broker for CT Capital, LP where he oversees all of the financial obligations of the company. With over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, Felix joined CT Capital at its inception.

Prior to joining CT Capital, LP, Felix worked as CFO for Rebel Rents, Inc. and General Rental, Inc. two of the largest independent equipment rental service companies in California and Florida respectively. Before that, Felix worked for over 15 years as Director of Finance and Accounting for Experian (formerly TRW) where he managed the finance infrastructure not only for the corporate office but all satellite offices throughout the United States.

Felix received his Masters Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Stephen Bartlett
Portfolio Manager/Director of Marketing

Stephen Bartlett serves as Portfolio Manager for CT Capital. Stephen is responsible for the origination of the firm's loan portfolio, including physical inspection, valuation, review of the collateral, and funding. Mr. Bartlett also serves as Director of Marketing for the company, handling all consumer and business to business relations. Stephen is a former sales executive of Cintas Corporation and is also an experienced licensed Mortgage Broker and Realtor in the State of Florida. Mr. Bartlett is an active member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University of Providence, Rhode Island with Bachelors Degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Matthew Martin
Loan Officer - Ohio

Matthew Martin serves as the Ohio representative for CT Capital, and is responsible for originating loans in the state.

Mr. Martin is also a partner with R.G.M. Real Estate LLC a real estate holding company which focused on commercial retail acquisition and leasing.

Before joining CT Capital, Matthew served as President and managing partner with Venture Travel and Tours, Inc., a group tour operator specializing in creating, selling and operating tours in North America and over-seas. Now an Ohio licensed Mortgage Loan officer, Matthew has earned the Residential Mortgage Professional Designation from Hondro’s College. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale MI, with a degree in Business Administration (marketing). Matthew’s post graduate training also includes completion of courses with Dale Carnegie Training including The Dale Carnegie Course, Dale Carnegie Sales Training, Dale Carnegie Management Seminar and Instructor Training.
